A roadmap to a great year!

Our administrative team has discerned a great series of professional development opportunities for our staff that will be very beneficial for our students.  In August, our entire staff spent a morning with Kevin Brennan from Top 20 Training in order to begin exploring how we can strengthen our community and further develop our students’ social-emotional skillsets.  Kevin will return with Paul Bernabei, also from Top 20 Training, in February, much to the excitement of our staff.

Other sessions this year will focus on topics such as “making our lessons pop”, “service learning”, and “standards-based lesson planning”.  It is sure to be a great year of growth for our teachers and staff ultimately resulting in increasingly engaged students who are in turn able to grow even more as a result!
